What unit sizes does Q-Storage have?
We have various unit sizes ranging from XS to XL with varying measurements. Please see our "Storage Units" page for the availability.
What is the height of the units?
Most of the units are 3M high. Length and width vary per unit.
How do I choose the correct size unit?
If you're not sure how much space you need exactly you can use our handy space calculator. This will show you which unit type is most suited for you.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your unit 7 days a week between 06:00AM and 11:00PM.
Is it possible to move to a different unit if I need more or less storage space?
Yes, this is possible. To change your unit we ask you to send us an email or fill in the contact form.
Does my unit have electricity?
No, none of the storage units at Q-Storage Naarden are equipped with electricity.
Where are the units located?
The storage units are located on the first and second floor of Q-Storage Naarden. There is a large lift on site so you can easily take your belongings to your unit.
How do I rent a storage unit at Q-Storage Naarden?
Choose your ideal unit and proceed to the payment process.
After the payment has been confirmed you will receive a text message with a link to download the "Smart Access App". This app will give you automatic access to the facility and you can then locate your unit using the direction signs in the building.
You are the only person with access to your storage unit, which is locked with a padlock which you need to purchase. We do not keep an extra set of keys.

Access to each unit is properly arranged with unique access codes via an app, your own padlock, a parking space inside the facility to unload, large lifts and various trolleys.
How do I access my storage unit?

You are the only person with access to your storage unit, which is locked with a padlock which you need to purchase. We do not keep an extra set of keys.

When can I access my unit?
Q-Storage Naarden is open and accessible 365 days a year between 06:00AM and 11:00PM.
How can I transport my belongings to Q-Storage Naarden?
Q-Storage Naarden has a spacious entrance, fit for one large vehicle, with enough room to unload your belongings. You can unload your belongings onto the available trolleys and use the lift to reach the units.
Do you need a (larger) car to transport your belongings? Have a look at our promotions page where we offer a free van for half a day.
What happens if my phone is out of battery and I can't use the Smart Access App?
No worries! In your confirmation email and text message with the link to download the Smart Access App, we also included your unique, personal code. Enter this code on the keypad situated next to the rolling doors and they will open automatically.
Note: do not share your unique code with anyone.
What happens if I lose my padlock key?
Of course it can happen that you lose your key but as you are the only one with a key we will have to break open the lock. Contact us at 035-7900900 and we will take action as soon as possible. Please note that our phone hours are from Monday to Friday between 08:00AM and 17:30PM.
What type of padlock do I need and where can I purchase one?
You may purchase whichever type of padlock you want. This can be purchased around the corner from Q-Storage Naarden at Isero.
We like to be as transparent as possible at Q-Storage. Our prices are shown online, along with special promotional offers.
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
That's up to you! You choose your own unit size and rental duration. Every unit type is priced differently, depending on its size. Please keep in mind that we do ask for a deposit of 1 month's rent.

Other than the rental costs you also need to purchase a padlock. These prices vary between €10 and €25.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. We kindly ask that you pay a deposit of 1 month's rent.
Do I have to pay a registration fee?
No. All you have to pay is your months rent in advance and a deposit.

Does Q-Storage offer special promotions?
Yes, we do. You can choose your promotion when you book your unit.
We understand it is important to you that your belongings are stored safely. We take security very seriously at Q-Storage Naarden.
Does Q-Storage monitor the facility?
Yes. Our facility is equipped with state of the art security, including 24/7 active camera's and a state-of-the-art alarm system.
What security measures has Q-Storage implemented?

Can I give others access to my storage unit?
Yes, you can. In order to do this we ask you to send an email request to us so we can create a unique code for the other person to use.
Please note that giving someone else your access code and key to your padlock is your own responsibility. The other person is then liable and responsible for your belongings.
My phone battery is empty so I can't use the app to open the doors of the facility, what do I do?
No worries, we've thought about that. When you received the text message with the link to download the Smart Access App we also included a unique code. Write down this code somewhere safe so you can always find it.

What happens if I lose the key to my padlock?

We try to make things as easy as possible for you, including the administrative aspect of renting a unit at Q-Storage Naarden.
What documents do I need to rent a unit?
To rent a unit at Q-Storage Naarden you do not need any personal documents such as a passport or ID. You do however need a valid credit or debit card to make your payment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We ask that you pay a deposit of 1 month's rent. This must be payed at the same time as the first payment.
What is the minimum rental period?
One calendar month.
What is the maximum rental period?
There is no maximum rental period.
How can I pay?
At Q-Storage Naarden everything is done online. Once you have chosen the ideal unit size you will proceed to the checkout where you can pay with credit or debit card.
Besides the deposit there are no extra costs and no administration costs.
Do I pay VAT when renting a unit at Q-Storage Naarden?
No, you do not pay VAT when renting a unit at Q-Storage Naarden.
How do I cancel my contract?
If you wish to cancel your contract please send us an email or fill in the contact form. Don't forget to mention the date of which you would like to cancel the contract.
The notice period to cancel your contract is 21 days.

How do I deliver the unit after cancelling the contract?
We ask that you leave your unit empty and swept clean. If this has not been done Q-Storage Naarden has the right to keep your deposit.
What do I do if I have cancelled my contract but the rent is still being automatically deducted from my bank account?
Our apologies in advance if this has happened. Please send us an email and we will take care of the situation.
How do I change the personal details on my contract?
If you have a new address or want to choose a different payment method please contact us so we can arrange this with you and give you a new contract.
What happens if I haven't cleaned out my unit at the end of my contract?
In that case, the contract will continue or your belongings will be moved, in the event of non-payment and/or in the event that space is rented out to another party.
